Let us celebrate Jesus, the Captain of our salvation. Billions all over the world take today as the day to commemorate the birth of Jesus Christ. Today is Christmas Day. It is a day set aside to remember the fact that God came unto the earth in human flesh to atone for the sins of man, to pay by His death on the cross for the full penalty of humanity's sins. Jesus came in the flesh. Laid down His life. By this, the demand of sin became a nullity. The handwriting that was against us, that was contrary to us became null and void. We became free from the prison of satan. We became children of God destined for everlasting life. From century to century, every year Christmas is celebrated. We are celebrating the birth of our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ.
The first Christmas was celebrated by innumerable hosts of
heaven. And suddenly there was with the angel a multitude of the heavenly host
praising God, and saying, Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace, good
will toward men. Luke 2:13-14. Let us celebrate the birth of our Lord Jesus
Christ. Let us celebrate our Lord Jesus Christ. Our Lord is joy to the world.
We glorify Him for love unlimited. He is love and source of love. Blessed be
the name of our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ. We love Him who first loved us.
We have seen the great Light that dispels great darkness. No
man has reason to remain in darkness. Those who still love darkness is because
their deeds are evil. Come to the light and dwell therein forever; for in
Christ, death phases away. The people that walked in darkness have seen a great
light: they that dwell in the land of the shadow of death, upon them hath the
light shined. Isaiah 9:2. Celebrate Jesus. Celebrate His birthday. Celebrate
Christmas. It is all for our joy. The people of Christ are a rejoicing people.
Bye to darkness forever. Bye to sadness for ever. Rejoice, for the Lord has
made us to rejoice. Celebrate Him who reigns forever and ever. Celebrate Him
with whom we shall reign forever and ever.
We shall see Jesus. Let us celebrate Him more and more, from
glory to glory until the glorious day in the Kingdom that can never end, but
bring us to greater fervency in the faith. Grow in Him as a product of
celebrating Him.
From You to God: Everlasting God, I celebrate the Captain of
our salvation. Let my life honour You everyday in Jesus name.
