WIFE CALLING

From God To You: Wives, submit yourselves unto your own husbands, as unto the Lord. Ephesians 5:22

Message Of The Day: It is a calling to be a wife. A wife must know that the God who called her into marriage wants the best of marriage for her. Your calling as wife must be a testimony that blesses others and encourage other marriages to work.

The wife is called into a kind of life that recognizes having a head. This is crucial in the marital calling of the woman. The head has the most vital parts of the whole man. Recognize this for the head is the identity of the body. There you have the eyes, nose, ears, mouth, brain and the innumerable hairs. Let the Holy Spirit speaks to you on this.

It is the calling of the wife to have a continuous desire unto the husband. Wives protect this in your calling. Work to create an atmosphere whereby your desire tends to your husband and he in turn is conditioned to desire you.

Learn submissiveness and subjection for they are critical in your package of calling. Sarah called Abraham lord. Not that Abraham created her. But she adored him as God. She submitted to him as unto God. Amazingly this position was well promoted in the New Testament. Wives, submit yourselves unto your own husbands, as unto the Lord. Ephesians 5:22. Wife reference your husband. Even as Sara obeyed Abraham, calling him lord: whose daughters ye are, as long as ye do well, and are not afraid with any amazement. 1 Peter 3:6. It is your calling as wife to give your husband chance to rule over you.

Wife it is your calling not to make your husband ashamed. A crown does make ashamed. A crown is a symbol of glory and power. It signals eminence and positioning. A virtuous woman is a crown to her husband: but she that maketh ashamed is as rottenness in his bones.
Proverbs 12:4.

Read these and be wise in your calling as wife: and the contentions of a wife are a continual dropping. House and riches are the inheritance of fathers: and a prudent wife is from the LORD. Proverbs 19:13b-14. It is better to dwell in a corner of the housetop, than with a brawling woman in a wide house. Proverbs 21:9. It is better to dwell in the wilderness, than with a contentious and an angry woman.
Proverbs 21:19.

The calling of a wife is a life time calling. It is faithfulness for life time. It is a commitment to do the man good all the days of his life: She will do him good and not evil all the days of her life. Proverbs 31:12     

From You To God: O Lord make me a distinguished success in all your calling upon my life in Jesus name.
